 This lovely house is situated in the popular Hyde Park area in a very popular street near to the Co-op supermarket on Cardigan Road and close to Burley Railway Station (three minutes' walk). It takes about 15 minutes to walk to uni or 10 minutes to the pubs, bars and cafes in central Headingley. From Burley Railway Station you can hop on a train (they go every half an hour) and, for no more than a normal bus fair, you can be in Leeds City Station in 5 minutes. WHAT A GREAT LEEDS LOCATION!!

There is a good homely feel to this property. In the lounge there are leather sofas, 42" LCD TV,  additional wall lights, subtle feature wallpaper and an IKEA Venetian blind to give this modern room a great, airy and light feel to it.

The various sized bedrooms all have fully fitted furniture and double beds with good, supportive mattresses. There are two modern bathrooms on the first and second floors. In addition there is a nice, paved rear garden which is made to feel private with its surrounding fence and tall gate and has a picnic bench and built-in BBQ. Ideal for chilling out and enjoying a beer or two!
