Having rented disastrous student properties for my eldest daughter, we viewed at least 10 with my youngest. Croft Properties are by far the best. Thick carpets, beautifully fitted bedrooms (none of your shabby ex-office furniture). Quality settees, well thought out kitchens. High standard of maintenance.

Gavin adds extra touches that make the place a comfortable home. He is very proud of his properties and rightly so. He is also immediately on the case if there is a problem. So much so that my daughter's friend thought he lived next door. Take a close look at his website photos and view these properties if you want a better class of student Let with a great landlord in a super location

Thank you for providing excellent accommodation and a watchful eye on my daughter and her friends during her time at No. 8. As parents we are always worried that life will not be safe as we would do ourselves but since Claire moved to No. 8 we felt you were a far more responsible person (house rules and building checks) They all said your name in a positive manner which gave us comfort.. We would just like to thank you for promply sending our Bond cheque for Daniele and for providing excellent quality and safe accommodation for our daughter, Josephine and her friends. As parents, we felt very reassured to know that she had a trustworthy, honest and very concientious landlord, especially as we live quite a way away and her dad has to travel abroad quite a lot. This has meant a lot to us, me especially, as I am housebound and unable to travel to Leeds.
