Croft Properties were established in 1984 but in the earlier years of our business we concentrated on buying, selling and renovating houses. We only had one rental house for students in the beginning but have gradually added more and more. Now we have 15 houses (75 bed spaces), all in the trendy area of Hyde Park.

We have gained a lot of experience in renovating, refurbishing and improving properties over the years and all our houses are finished to a high standard. We oversee every job and work alongside reputable tradesmen to make sure that we are satisfied with the overall affect. Pictures on our website will indicate the standards that we have achieved.

We regularly redecorate and refurbish our interiors to ensure that high standards are consistently met. On the occasions when tenants experience a problem in any of the houses we respond, personally, in a short space of time to put things right – even to change a light bulb! This means that we get to know our tenants and they get to know us. We are contactable any time on our mobile.

All our houses are UNIPOL and Leeds City Council Code of Standards approved with 4 – 5 star ratings. Gas and Electrical Safety Certificates are displayed in each property. We have attended training courses for landlords to ensure that we are running our business correctly and we are also members of the Leeds Property Association.
