This house will be let from 1st July but we will be giving a summer rent discount on this property due to alterations necessary under the new House Act. We have to install an additional toilet and wash-hand basin.
To do this we will have to make certain alterations and as a consequence we will be refitting the kitchen which will have dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier, microwave, fridge, freezer and plenty of storage space and plug sockets.
