Newly renovtaed in 2008 tis lovely house is situated in the popular Hyde Park area in a very popular street near to the Co-op supermarket on cardigan Road and close to the Burley railway station (three minutes walk). It takes abpout 15 minutes to walk either to Uni. or to the pubs, bars and cafes in central Headingley. From Burley railway station you can hop on a train (they go every half an hour) and, for no more than a normal bus fare you can be in Leeds City Station in 5 minutes. WHAT A GREAT LOCATION!!

This is a lovely house, having a nice homely feel to it. The lounge at the front of the house is a good size with comfortable furniture and is supplied with a wide-screen 28in TV on a matching silver stand. Vurgin supply the cable TV and internet. We fitted a brand new kitchen in 2008 which has plenty of cupboards, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, microwave, fridge freezer and additional fridge. All the bedrooms have a double or three-quarter bed and fitted furniture. There is one bathroom with bath and shower and also a separate w.c. The rear courtyard has brick-built patio furniture, BBQ and block paving, a wondeful rare feature for your enjoyment. Cheap rent, good facilities, great area. Don't miss it!
